Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email info@stilllisteningmagazine.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace, or refund as required by law.
Online orders: right to cancel (UK and EU)
If you bought online and your order is delivered to the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your items.

Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

Sealed audio and video media such as vinyl, CDs, and cassettes cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

How to start a return or cancellation
Email info@stilllisteningmagazine.com with your order number and reason. We will send instructions and the return address.
Please pack items securely. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about your refund status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to post the refund.
