Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from the UK. All orders are packed with care in record-safe mailers.

Processing times

  • Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears.

  • During peak periods or big releases, dispatch may take a little longer. We will keep you updated.

Shipping options and rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.

  • Carriers used include Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL.

  • Free or flat-rate offers, if active, will appear at checkout.

Tracking

  • Tracked services include a tracking link in your shipping email.

  • Economy services may not include tracking. Choose a tracked option if you need updates.

Packaging

  • Vinyl ships in stiff mailers with corner protection.

  • CDs and cassettes ship in padded mailers or boxes.

  • We reuse clean packing materials where possible to reduce waste.

Pre-orders and mixed carts

  • Pre-orders ship on or just before the release date.

  • If your cart contains both in-stock items and pre-orders, the order ships when all items are ready.

  • If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders or contact us to arrange a split shipment. Extra postage may apply.

Address changes

  • If you made a mistake at checkout, email info@stilllisteningmagazine.com with your order number as soon as possible.

  • We cannot change addresses after an order has shipped.

Delivery issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours so we can help.

  • If your parcel is late, check the tracking and contact your local delivery office first. Then email us if you still need help.

Lost parcels

  • A parcel is considered lost only after the carrier’s investigation window.

  • Contact us if your delivery is overdue by 7 business days for UK or 20 business days for international. We will assist with a claim and next steps.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or handling fees set by their country.

  • We cannot declare a lower value or mark orders as gifts.

Undeliverable or refused parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we can reship once you pay the new postage.

  • If you prefer a refund, we will refund the item price minus the original shipping once it arrives back in sellable condition.
