Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy covers Subscribe & Save, pre-orders, and any other purchase options shown at checkout. It sits alongside our Returns Policy and your statutory rights.

How to cancel

  • Subscriptions: Log in to your account and go to Manage subscriptions. You can also use the Manage subscription link in your subscription emails. If you cannot access your portal, email info@stilllisteningmagazine.com with your order number.

  • Pre-orders: Email info@stilllisteningmagazine.com with your order number and the item you want to cancel.

Cut-off times

  • Please cancel or edit your subscription at least 48 hours before the next charge date. Changes made after this window may apply to the following cycle.

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the order is fulfilled. Once a pre-order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Subscriptions

  • No minimum term unless stated on the product page.

  • You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel any time before the cut-off.

  • If you have a prepaid term (for example 3 or 6 months), cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund unshipped months already paid, but we can pause or skip future shipments if they have not been fulfilled yet.

  • Prices and availability can change. We will notify you of material changes before your next renewal.

Pre-orders

  • Payment is taken at checkout unless stated otherwise.

  • Release dates can move. We will ship as soon as stock arrives.

  • Mixed orders that include pre-orders ship when all items are ready unless you arrange a split shipment. Extra postage may apply.

After an order is shipped

  • Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will help under your statutory rights.

UK and EU right to cancel

  • For online purchases delivered to the UK or EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel from the day you receive your first delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

  • Sealed audio and video media such as records, CDs, and cassettes cannot be returned once unsealed.

  • Email info@stilllisteningmagazine.com before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks can take a few days to post the funds.

  • If you have not received a refund 15 business days after our confirmation, contact info@stilllisteningmagazine.com
